Lesson Bookings

All lessons must be paid for at time of booking via: Bank Transfer (Please contact DSG for BACS details) or Cash.

All golf lessons are undertaken at the customers risk and shall have been approved to be deemed fit by their general practitioner to carry out movements associated with the sport of golf. DSG is fully insured through the P.G.A. to carry out coaching / instruction.

Coaching Packages & Vouchers

The expiry date for all golf lesson packages and vouchers is 12 months from the date of issue which can be found on the voucher – no extensions available. 

Any special lesson packages may differ from this, but will be otherwise stated on the voucher issued. 

All golf lessons and golf lesson vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Dan Seymour Golf is not responsible if lesson vouchers are stolen, destroyed or mislaid.

If you find that through illness you are unable to take your lessons within the time scale set out above please contact DSG immediately to discuss a course of action and arrange any confirmed extension.

Cancellation Policy

A client cancelling a golf lesson directly with DSG must be received by email or by calling 07733227925 within 24 hours of the lesson date. If the full notice is NOT given then the client will lose that particular lesson forming part of their package or full payment of the lesson fee. 

Any special coaching programmes (i.e. monthly programmes) may differ from this, but will be otherwise stated on the programme information prior to start date.

In retrospect of “potential” weather cancellation, the client should contact DSG to check on course conditions if in doubt. Any lesson deemed to be detrimental due to Health & Safety concerns may be cancelled at short notice by DSG
