1. Bookings & Payment

All lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Coaching at Own Risk

All golf lessons and coaching activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk. Dan Seymour Golf Coaching & Performance accepts no liability for any injury or loss sustained during sessions.

3. Coaching Packages & Vouchers

• Coaching packages and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

• All packages and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers will not be replaced

No extensions will be granted unless approved in advance by Dan Seymour.

4. Monthly Coaching Programmes (Direct Debit)

Clients enrolled in a monthly coaching programme agree to the following:

• Payment is taken on a monthly basis via direct debit

• Coaching sessions must be used within the same calendar month as payment

• Sessions cannot be carried forward into future months

• Any unused sessions will be forfeited

• Missed or unused sessions will not be refunded or credited

Exceptions:

• Any request to carry sessions over must be made and agreed in advance

• Approval is at the sole discretion of Dan Seymour

Failure to request approval in advance will result in loss of the session(s).

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of the lesson

• Failure to attend (no-show) will also result in loss of the lesson

6. General Terms

Dan Seymour reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
